Spring 2011 Trends

From '70s-inspired pieces to eye-popping colors, the spring runways delivered 2011 fashion trends that we just can't wait to play around with.

But before we start buying up big and overhauling our outfits, it's time to admit that sometimes we get sucked into the fashion hype and wear things that we look back at with horror a few years down the track (capri pants, anyone?).

Her is a round up of the five most divisive trends, from headscarves to pajama pants, and need your help hashing it out:

Are these awesome and rad, or just plain bad?

Color Blocking—The Spring 2011 runways were filled with wanton color blocking. Are you ready to embrace this retro look or does it have you wanting to reach for a blindfold?

Flat Platform Sandals—Are these a godsend after years of towering wedges, or do they give you horror flashbacks from the '90s?

Bermuda Shorts—These designers threw cut-offs out the window and embraced the longer silhouette of the knee-grazing Bermuda short. Do these scream "Mom in Palm Beach" or do you dig 'em?

Headscarves—Turbans and wraps graced tresses at a ton of spring 2011 shows. Is this a strictly runway look or could you take it to the street without looking too costume-y?

Pajamas—The pajama pant was reinvented as a daywear piece on the runway. When done right, we think it can look super cute, but when done badly, it can make people look like they've forgotten to change upon exiting their bedrooms.
